The Sanskrit work, "Bhakti" means, "unconditional love for Spirit and deep love and compassion for others".  During this historical Sacred Pause, in which we are experiencing social unrest and divisiveness, Bhakti Yoga provides an opportunity to get on the mat and cultivate unconditional love for all beings.

You will be guided through an asana practice that combines the profound practices of pranayama (breath-work) and mantra (chanting) within a slow & mindful flowing practice.  You will create energetic shifts while cultivating intention, inspiration, focus and compassion.

This traditional practice will prepare you to co-create a more inclusive and kindhearted "new world paradigm."
